The Hemrich's have been busy with some home improvement projects. I finished the stairs in record time-2 months. It seems that I have a small problem getting things finished.

Planting flowers & a new addition to the family.
Laundry room painted & we moved Dad's washer/dryer out. Rob made little stands for W/D because we can't stack them. That saved me a few $$$ on overpriced stands from Menards. I LOVE my washer/dryer. I love Rob too:))
When I painted Garrett's room I got some paint on the nasty orange/rust carpet-darn!! The plan was new carpet-but when I pulled up a corner of the carpet & cleaned the foam off with steel wool----BAM---beautiful wood floors!!! YES!!There are two spots that are not perfect & they just happen to be by the door. I wanted this photo to show the contrast to the lovely carpet.

Love what you are doing to your house! I love doing all the remodeling projects we have done and I know exactly how you feel about finding the wood floors. I don't think I would have been in any happier if I would have found money in the walls! Congrats! It's looking awesome!
